For clients that have out of network health insurance, we will provide you with the necessary documentation to file for out of network reimbursement from your insurance company.

- Confirm if a referral from your primary care physician or prior authorization from your health insurance company is required.
- Confirm if your deductible has been met or if a copay is due at the time of service.
If you need to cancel, please notify CWC within 24 hours of your appointment. Not contacting the office regarding a cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a fee of $75.00. If you arrive 15 or more minutes after your scheduled appointment, you will be rescheduled (and a no-show fee of $75.00 will apply). All cancellation and no-show fees will be collected prior to scheduling your next session with your therapist.
