Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. The first session is the Clinical Intake, where history is gathered and goals for psychotherapy are established. Coping skills and grounding tools are taught to enhance stability right away. Clients are encouraged to engage in mindfulness and self-care, in order to promote balance, emotionally, physically, socially, and professionally. I actively engage clients in the therapeutic process to challenge their negative thought processes and to replace with a more healthy, rational, positive way of thinking.
